What do I need to bring to Tres Volcanes?

The idea is that you enjoy "glamping" to the fullest and that you pack as little as possible. In the glamping tents you get all the bedding, towels and lamps. In the bathroom you will have soap and shampoo; so we suggest you bring other personal items such as deodorant, toothpaste, toothbrush, etc.

Is there electricity to charge my devices?

Tres Volcanes has limited electricity only in the common area. In this area you can charge your devices. The staff will help you with the necessary information.

Is it possible to buy drinks and food on site?

We currently offer 2 types of lodging rates: Full Experience which includes 3 meals per night and Bed and Breakfast which includes breakfast only. In Full Experience, we share with you the menu available prior to your arrival. We do not have a restaurant, but close to our property you can find a gastro café.

When purchasing a stay, does a cancellation policy apply?

Depending on the type of rate of your stay a condition will apply which indicates the last day you can cancel your reservation with the right to a refund. An administrative fee may apply. When you purchase your stay, we will provide you with specific details.
